How will I get my photos and videos to you?

We will provide a secure Dropbox link for you to upload all of your materials to. You can upload from any phone or computer. Please label your videos and photos so we can accurately create your video.

How long will it take?

All videos will vary on length and footage. Should you require a video by a specific date, we are capable of ensuring timely completion; however, please be advised that a rush fee may be applicable in such cases.

A rush fee is an additional charge or fee applied by a service provider for completing a task or service within a shorter timeframe than their standard turnaround time. This fee compensates for the extra effort, resources, and prioritization required to expedite the service to meet the client's urgent needs.

How will the video be personalized?

Upon booking with us, we will send you a questionnaire about your loved one to help us gain a better understanding of them.

What can I do with the downloadable link?

Anything you want! Post it on your Facebook, upload it to the obituary page, you can even get a QR code to put on a tombstone so anyone can scan it and view the video.
